Position: Bar Manager
Location: South Tampa, FL
Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role:
As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of our bar operations — from cocktail creation to team leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring an inviting, smooth-running bar experience that complements our elevated yet welcoming dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the bar program
- Create seasonal cocktail menus and maintain classic Italian beverage offerings
- Order, stock, and manage inventory for beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
- Hire, train, and supervise bar staff
- Monitor costs and margins to optimize profitability
- Ensure full compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to support exceptional guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of bar management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of wine (especially Italian), craft cocktails, and spirits
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality
- Florida Responsible Vendor certification or willingness to obtain

Award winning Chef Luigi Cavallaro was born and raised in Bolzano, Italy. Chef's mission is to present real authentic Italian food in a classic Italian Family atmosphere.
Trattoria Pasquale began operations in 2012 in the beautiful South Tampa area. In 2017 we became Luigi's Kitchen, Inc. but we still retain the name Trattoria Pasquale, named after Luigi’s father, Pasquale Cavallaro (1923-2003). We are grateful that we have been able to delight and satisfy the culinary desires of thousands of customers, local and tourist alike.
Every year, Chef Luigi and Kim head to Italy to visit family and set out in search of new authentic dishes. On our return, our menu changes to incorporate the best of our discoveries. Bringing real Italian food - using old-world family recipes and new found recipes straight from Italy. Ingredients are always fresh - nothing but the best.
